We also offer monthly maintenance plans.  These plans are designed to maintain the health and vitality of your pond and its inhabitants.  The plan includes fish care, filter cleaning, as well as replanting and maintaining plants both in and out of your pond.  We use trusted brands such as Microbe-Lift, TetraPond, and Koi Vital to accomplish the balance required for a healthy pond.

Where we began...

It all began in Marathon, NY with a Christmas tree farm in 1938.  On that farm, my grandfather Perry also grew waterlilies and lotus.  However, around 1950, Perry was forced to relocate because a road had been scheduled to be built right through the farm.  He decided Winter Haven, Florida would be a good place to grow lilies and brought his water garden business here.  Slocum Water Gardens is still owned by my father, Peter and he taught me how to grow and care for all aquatic and land-dwelling plants.  I began the pond and landscape construction company in 1990.
